Scope and draft status

3JSGames hosts independently created browser games, discovery pages, creator profiles and community features. These product terms are a draft pending operator and professional review. No final effective date has been approved.

The operator identity, legal contact, applicable law and intended audience still require configuration. This document does not establish a minimum age or claim legal sufficiency.

Accounts and responsibility

Basic browsing and play do not require an account. Accounts enable participation, saved progress and creator tools. Keep authentication credentials private, use accurate information when required, and do not share or misuse another person's account.

Choose your public profile name deliberately. Your public username, display name, bio and published activity may identify you. Do not impersonate others or include information you do not want published.

Browser games and community

Uploaded games are executable third-party browser code. Automated checks and a constrained player frame reduce some risks but cannot guarantee safety or reliability. Stop using a suspicious game and report it. Do not enter credentials or sensitive information into games.

Comments, game metadata, profiles and other public contributions must follow the Content Policy. You remain responsible for your contributions and for having permission to publish them.

Platform-backed game features

Games may integrate platform saves, game-specific data, leaderboards, play history, multiplayer sessions and cosmetics. Availability and compatibility can change. Do not use SDK fields to collect secrets or unnecessary personal information, bypass authorization, falsify results or interfere with other players.

Cloud features require supported platform authentication and game context. The platform SDK does not give creators a general right to access player account information.

Acceptable use

Do not distribute illegal or infringing content, malware, deceptive interfaces, spam or harassment. Do not attempt credential theft, unauthorized tracking, browser exploitation, sandbox escape, abusive scraping or platform/API disruption. Respect technical limits and do not evade moderation.

Moderation and access

Content can be investigated, disabled or removed where necessary to address safety, policy or legal concerns. Current operator tools support disabling and restoring games. Affected creators can view new game decisions and submit an eligible appeal in Appeals. Private investigation notes are not published.

Account deletion ends account access. Additional account or comment restriction workflows are not promised by this draft. Reports and appeals are reviewed through platform tools; no response deadline or guaranteed outcome is stated.

Service changes and deletion

The Alpha may change, be interrupted or lose functionality. Keep copies of your games and important data. No uninterrupted service or durable backup service is promised.

The account deletion flow includes preparation of a data export and staged cleanup. Unpublishing removes a game from public availability but is not storage deletion. Deletion is processed through cleanup jobs and can require retries. Some audit, report, security and restricted financial records are retained separately; see Privacy.

Related policies and future changes

Acceptance records identify the applicable policy revision. A material revision can require a fresh affirmative acceptance. No payment, advertising or creator revenue entitlement is created here.

Operator and governing law

Operator identity, support and legal destinations, applicable law and dispute jurisdiction are pending operator/legal decisions. These must be resolved before publication as effective contractual terms. Mandatory rights are not represented as waived by this draft.
